Personal Information enables us to provide clients with;
• A comprehensive overview of candidates skills
and experience
• A personal assessment of the suitability of the candidate for
the role
• An independent opinion from a referee verifying the candidates
skills and experience
It also allows us to;
• Assess the potential suitability of that candidate
for future client requirements
• Conduct industry research, analysis, and networking
How we obtain personal information
The majority of personal information collected by Fraser Young International is obtained directly from the candidate, both through resumes submitted as applications and through interview notes.
Other information may be obtained through referees or from other professionals
in the market place. Consent is acquired from Candidates prior to formal
reference checks being conducted.
Your rights regarding access to your personal information
You have the right to ask to see all personal information held by Fraser Young International relating to yourself and information regarding the disclosure of said information.
Who we disclose personal information to
It has always been Fraser Young Internationals policy to inform candidates and obtain their consent prior to disclosing any personal information about them to a client.
Security of your personal information
Personal information is stored on Fraser Young International's network both in Sydney and Melbourne. Fraser Young International is committed to taking all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure. However, due to the nature of data transmission we are unable to guarantee the security of any information across either a network or the Internet.
